The air force has a spraying program for a couple reasons.:

Chemtrails for plutonium dumping or to save on cost which would be an even more innocent explanation than the other one. The truth would be the elite have funded this since they want to prevent your reproductive ability.

There are some nanotech bots experimentation by cotton candy pink fluff dumping that goes on at other poorer countries such as Chinese farmland.
