Internment camps for uncontaminated organs or blood?

Excellent point right here:

An argument has been made that the government would not bother to quarantine people in the FEMA Camps because this would simply be too costly. But there are some advantages to the criminal-government for doing this. There would be a "free" labor pool that could easily be used by the corporations and the government to produce whatever they might need without the need for worker protection: Even salaries can be eliminated entirely. Also the internees would provide a "clean" gene pool which the government could draw upon as needed for organs or blood that has not been contaminated by their vaccines.
