That's a joke of statement I know as a historian.

Phoenician which traveled to Spain then conquistadors that intermarried many a Mexican has made them half Caucasian.
Latino are not Mexican , they are Spanish and Phoenician as well.

So what's their problem with identifying both as their heritage /
